This intimate residential cooperative community for adults ages 62+ offers a variety of housing options from convenient apartments to spacious cottages among 29 acres, including 1500 feet of waterfront shoreline. Surrounded by nature, residents enjoy strolling the grounds and observing wildlife, watching the sun set on the river, or dining on the porch with friends.

We landed-literally-on the shore of the Tred Avon from Tucson, Arizona, just four months ago. Naturally, we were a bit apprehensive about such a big change, but the warm welcome from residents and staff quickly put us at ease. Add in the beautiful campus, wonderful dining, and a vibrant, diverse community, and we couldn’t be happier.
