Easton, Md. – Londonderry on the Tred Avon proudly welcomes new CEO, Christine Harrington. As a senior living expert with long-term connections to the Eastern Shore and Talbot County, she was the best choice to lead Londonderry into its next era.
Harrington succeeds former CEO, Irma Toce, who retired late this summer.

Growing up in Talbot County, Harrington’s personal and professional life has been anchored on the Eastern Shore. She is thrilled to be a working within a community of friends, family, and neighbors.

Harrington has extensive experience as an executive leader, with over 15 years in the senior living field.
Her former roles include Executive Director of The Arbor Company at Waugh Chapel, Administrator of The Homestead Manor and Heritage Community, a Quality Assurance Specialist for The Arc of Maryland, an Evening Supervisor for Genesis Healthcare, a Director of Cardiovascular Community Health for St. Agnes Hospital and the Senior Residential Director for eMerge.
Harrington graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.A. in Psychology and went on to earn an M.A. in Health Administration and Community Program Planning from Towson University.
She has served as the President of Mid-Shore Nursing Advisory Committee for five years and is an active member of Saints Peter & Paul Parish. She lives in Queenstown with her husband, and together they have four grown children.
