Ken Bergmann received his higher education at Georgetown Prep, Georgetown University, and Ben Franklin University. He was a 21-year old when he was drafted during the Korean War as a private in the Army Medical Corps. He served two years in the Jungle Warfare School in the Panama Canal Zone, participating in the training of airborne troops in jungle warfare in six week stretches.
Ken is happy he served, and grateful for the opportunities his service gave him to travel. He took advantage of the G.I. education programs to receive his master’s degree in accounting. He and his wife Carol moved to Londonderry in 2019.
