With more than 30 years of restaurant experience and two decades on the Eastern Shore, Chef Brendan Keegan brings his fine dining background and passion for excellence to Londonderry’s signature dining program. A graduate of L’Academie de Cuisine, Brendan trained under James Beard Award–winning Chef Gabrielle Hamilton at Prune in New York City before owning and operating two beloved Easton restaurants—208 Talbot and Brasserie Brightwell. His career also includes leadership roles at several of the Mid-Atlantic’s top restaurants, where he earned a reputation for creativity, quality, and attention to detail.
At Londonderry, Brendan is committed to creating healthful, balanced, and flavorful meals that bring residents together and make every dining experience memorable.
