New Construction Floorplans

Londonderry on the Tred Avon is pleased to offer four new cottage floorplans, the Easton, the Royal Oak, the Bellevue, and our newest, the Skipton. The Skipton is a single story, two bedroom layout at 1353 sq. ft. The other cottages range from two to four bedrooms, are two-story, and, with the second floor built out, go from 1846 sq. ft. to 3060 sq. ft. All new builds are being handled by local General Contractor J.E. Cahall, LLC. Londonderry offers consultations services in its onsite Design Studio, so that you can customize your home, your way.
