Summer Evenings by the Manor House: Londonderry Concludes 2025 Concert Series
Community comes together for Eastern Shore nights full of music, dining, and dancing
Easton, Md. – Londonderry on the Tred Avon wrapped up its 2025 Summer Concert Series this August, closing out another season of music, food, and fellowship that brought together residents, families, and friends.
The series, held by the community’s historic Manor House and pool, has become one of Londonderry’s most anticipated summer traditions. This year, it began with an unexpected twist: a record-breaking June heat wave postponed the scheduled kickoff. The celebration moved to August 6th, when residents enjoyed live music by Rosewood—featuring the lead singer of Londonderry’s own Jammers—alongside frosty root beer floats.
In July, the annual Farmer’s Market coincided with music from The Jones Boys and catering by Jamie. Guests browsed tables of fresh produce, eggs, and jams from local farms, while Londonderry’s culinary team offered house favorites like Earl Grey cookies, zucchini bread, and even their signature spice blend and vanilla extract.
The season closed on August 21st with a performance by Pressing Strings and a chance to enjoy local food trucks Red Shef and Evelin’s Antojitos Latinos as the sun set over the campus.
“The Summer Concert Series is more than just music—it’s about neighbors gathering, friendships deepening, and the joy of being outdoors together,” said Erica Hardeo, Director of Community Engagement. “There’s something special about sitting by the Manor House, listening to great music, and sharing a meal that makes these evenings a highlight of life at Londonderry.”
Now in its fifth year, the Summer Concert Series remains a signature part of Londonderry’s vibrant calendar of events, reflecting the community’s commitment to connection, wellness, and celebrating life on the Eastern Shore.
