Before moving to Londonderry, I listed all the monthly, yearly, and long term expenses needed to maintain my home. I felt that the monthly fee at Londonderry was comparable; however, what I didn’t know at that time were all the other benefits of living here. Not having the responsibility of taking care of a house and not having to prepare meals has given me more time to enjoy all the fun and varied activities. I’ve been very happy here- can’t put a price tag on that!
