Community Center Renovation–Get ready for a transformation! Changes are underway at our Community Center and Apartment Building, and we couldn’t be more excited. The Londonderry residents and team, with help from local partners, are thrilled to announce that over the coming months, the inside of the Community Center and Apartment Building will be getting a fresh new look. Over the past few months, you’ve joined us as we remodeled the Community Center and Apartment Building. We’re thrilled to announce our next adventure: the transformation of the TRED AVON TAVERN!

We’re continuing our partnership with Bountiful to create a stunning new dining space for Londonderry residents, families, friends, and our fantastic team.
