Bruce grew up in Cleveland Ohio. He attended The Ohio State University where he noticed a lovely neighbor sweeping her porch. It was Lynn and it was love at first sight. She would become his life partner. Lynn and Bruce married in 1971. Lynn and Bruce have one daughter living in Bethesda, MD with her husband and daughter.
Bruce worked as an environmental engineer in the mining industry. Bruce eventually moved into consulting engineering focused on remediation, cleanup and redevelopment of contaminated industrial sites.
Lynn and Bruce have lived the mountains of southern West Virgina, Illinois and Cleveland, Ohio. Prior to retirement Lynn and Bruce moved to the eastern shore on the Choptank River in Denton.
Bruce and Lynn moved to Londonderry in November of 2023.
