Mr. Rolle retired to St. Michaels after a successful 50-year career in marketing and communications in Washington, DC. His career highlights include managing media relations for the Pope’s year-long visit to the United States in 1985, serving as the Marketing Chair of the 1985 US Open Golf Championship at Congressional Country Club and filling in as the Georgetown University Director of Communications and the Director of Marketing for the Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts. Mr. Rolle is very active in retirement and currently serves on the Talbot County Board of Liquor License Commissioners, Easton Airport Board of Advisors and Talbot Spy Board of Advisors. He is also a member of the Institute for Religion, Politics and Culture at Washington College and the St. Vincent de Paul Executive Committee. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, four children, ten grandchildren, and great-grandchild, playing golf, reading and dining out.
