Launched in 2018, “Ask Irma” is a monthly video series in partnership with the Talbot Spy. Members of the larger community submit their questions to our CEO, Irma Toce, who response with her trademark candor and whit. Questions have ranged from navigating the holidays, the health benefits of harmonica playing to the role of children with aging parents and much more.

Irma Toce has served as Londonderry’s CEO since 2014 and her favorite thing about coming to work is contributing to the strong sense of community among the residents and staff. Irma has more than twenty years of executive experience in the aging services field.
